Q. How do I start my course?
A: We have made it as simple as possible for you – once you purchase the course, you will receive a confirmation email with all the easy-to-follow instructions. We cater for all learner types, so most courses combine video and written content and each one is split into bite-sized modules, so you can work through at your own pace. We’ve even added extra reading to most courses with downloadable PDFs which can be seen under each video.
Q. How long do I have to complete my course/how long is it available for?
A: We are sure you will want to get cracking with your education as soon as possible – please do reach out at any time you want any support by contacting us at info@fitpro.com. Once you have passed your qualification, not only do you get a certificate that you can show off proudly to the whole world, but you also get to keep access to the content, to refer back to at any time. Even better, if there is an update in the education, we will email you to let you know – so you will always stay up to date.
Q. What if I need extra support?

Q. Where do I find your Policies and Procedures?
A: To see our policies and procedures, which includes our appeals procedure, our complaints policy, our quality assurance, equality and diversity, our safeguarding and prevent policy, reasonable adjustments and special considerations and maladministration and malpractice policy please download the PDF here .
Q. How do I receive my certificate?
A: As soon as you have passed your online course, it will update our system, which will automatically email you with your certificate as a PDF attachment. You can also download it by heading to your ‘My Certificates’ link in the members’ portal. Time to show off your accomplishment – well done you! Don’t forget to tag us in any social media posts, so we can share your achievement with the rest of the FitPro community. And of course, you can now apply for your CPD points (if applicable) through CIMSPA.
Q. Can I gain CPD points on all your courses?
A: If you are a fitness professional, you no doubt know about continuous professional development (CPD) points. Currently, the majority of our courses have CPD points awarded, which proves your commitment to learning to CIMSPA – something we highly encourage. You will see clearly how many points are applicable on each course. In some cases, there are zero points awarded (certainly not a reflection on the quality) due to CIMSPA temporarily not accrediting any nutrition courses. Why not take a look around at the courses right now? There’s loads of world-class and applicable education to choose from.
Q. Do I have to travel to participate in the online education?
A: No. All of our courses are intended to be completed entirely via distance learning. All tests are completed online and learners are not required to travel for any portion of the course. So, you get to choose when and where you study and at what pace you want to learn – you also save in travel costs and time.

Q. Which courses can I use my £45 gift voucher on that I receive as part of my professional membership?
A: Yes, that’s right, professional members get a £45 gift voucher to be redeemed against educational courses – please note there are a few exceptions to this, such as on The BioMechanics Methods courses.
