A little bit about Dawn…

Dawn Nunes headshotDawn Nunes has over 15 years’ experience as a sport and musculoskeletal physiotherapist, working in both South Africa and the UK, and has a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy. She has a keen interest in running related injuries. In her career Dawn has worked with many athletes, including dancers from the Hammond School of Dance in Chester, but the highlight so far has been representing South Africa as a Physiotherapists to a South African Touch Rugby team in 2019 touring in Malaysia for the World Cup. As an experienced ultra runner in both trail and road, her passion is to see runners of all abilities push their boundaries and thrive. She has developed an extensive Running Assessment which holistically assesses the runner with the aim of improving form, ability, strength and endurance for running. In addition to her love of running, Dawn has also played field hockey at a competitive level.
