EMD UK is currently delivering the largest group exercise instructor workforce assessment it has ever undertaken – and the team wants to hear directly from group X instructors across the sector. Your voice matters!
EMD UK, the national governing body for group exercise, has asked us to ask you – our wonderful FitPro members – to share your voices in the EMD UK Group Exercise Instructor Survey 2026. (As a thank you, you will be entered into a prize draw – more on that later …)
The 10-minute survey, which you can access here https://www.research.net/r/Instructorsurvey2026, explores:
- your journey into instructing
- what it’s like to work as an instructor today
- what you want to see more of across the industry
- how EMD UK can better support you going forward.
Developed alongside the Sport + Recreation Alliance, this survey gives you a dedicated space to share your experiences, challenges and ideas, helping shape a stronger, more sustainable future for the sector – and you!
We’re keen to support our FitPro members to have a voice in the industry, so don’t delay. You need to have completed the survey by 3rd March 2026 to have your say.
As a thank you, instructors who choose to leave their email address and finish the survey will be entered into a prize draw, where they could win one of the following prizes:
- A three-night stay at Club La Santa, Lanzarote (plus £200 towards flights)
