John Polley JP
JP (John Polley) has helped over 1,000 individual clients to do everything from improve elite performance through to freeing people from hugely limiting movement issues. His education in the areas of mobility, training, recovery and the biopsychosocial model of human function has online students all over the world. After burning out aged 34 while running his own furniture company and losing his mother to cancer a year later, John (JP) Polley listened to his true calling, joined the fitness industry and became an award-winning educator, speaker and industry mentor. JP’s mission is to show how we are mental, emotional and physical beings, and that nothing can be studied or affected individually.
