Humans were designed to move. Sedentary lifestyles can leave us feeling lethargic and low in energy. When you are low in energy, it makes it hard to live life to the fullest. If you’re feeling stiff and stuck, this sequence is for you; think of it as the oil to add to your machine.
This is a great video to get your blood pumping and body flowing. Since it’s great at building heat, this video is a good one to do in the morning before you start your day. Alternatively, if you’re feeling tired in the middle of your day, use it to re-energise yourself. Enjoy, and don’t forget to breathe deeply!
