This course covers some of the key areas of Anatomy and Physiology within the neuromuscular system as well as giving the learner an understanding of the basics of Needs Analysis.
Aims and objectives of course:
- Grasp the differences between Strength and Power
- Understand how to identify the specific needs of a sport
- Understand how to identify specific positional needs
- Identify Strength and Power exercises
Stu Gatherum has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years, he has been a full time PT, a Strength and Conditioning coach for a range of professional athletes in different sports and is a fitness educator both in the U.K and Internationally, running two businesses centered around educational delivery in T2 Fitness, and content creation in T2 Awards. One of his primary passions in fitness is the area of S&C, and he has a unique perspective on its application within sports, as well as with a PT client base.
