    David Howatson has two decades of experience in the fitness industry and holds a Masters Degree in Psychology of Sport. He currently delivers education, creates content, and presents internationally for Technogym and Power Plate, as well as being a member of British Rowing’s Go Row Indoor master trainer team. David specialises in working with fellow fitness professionals on mental performance and coping with the demands of our industry.
