We’ll fund the development of your whole team*

FitPro, together with The Skills Partnership, the Learning Skills Council and European Social Fund, is giving gyms and health clubs the opportunity to up-skill staff at virtually no cost*.

We have funding available to train suitable applicants in the following programmes:


	Interactive Coaching for Success: 10 Minute Gym™ This unique programme equips trainers and managers to become clear and influential communicators, and makes a very real change to the level and quality of daily interaction on the gym floor and throughout the club. By combining communication skills with gym programming you can improve the effectiveness of clients' workouts and ultimately improve their experience at the club. Through 10 Minute Gym™ training for your staff, your members get access to the kind of one-to-one attention usually reserved for personal training sessions. Qualification: NVQ2 Customer Service with embedded 10 Minute Gym™ programme. REPs points: 16


	Fitclub™ Fitclub’s™ four streams – teamjam, teamcombat, teampower, and teamenergy – are based on enjoyment, action and skill acquisition. Offering the latest in specialist market programming, Fitclub™ is a source of innovative ideas that put the fun into children's fitness. It provides training and qualifications for adults who want to work with kids. Qualification: NVQ2 Exercise and Fitness/Activity Leadership with embedded teamenergy Fitclub™ programme. REPs points: 20



	The FitPro GroupEx Award Delivered in partnership with Drummond Education, the FitPro GroupEx Award combines the CYQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing Exercise to Music (ETM) with the Les Mills Certificate, making it quicker, cheaper and more straightforward to qualify. Running over five to six days, the course combines everything needed to plan and teach a safe and effective freestyle class or a Les Mills™ programme. Qualification: CYQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing Exercise to Music with embedded Les Mills™ programme. REPs points: 20
