Personal trainer, Robert Kane shares with FitPro some of his favourite movements to do while on the beach.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OhS2UYJi0oo\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThere is nothing quite like a summer workout, especially if the elusive English summer actually has some sun, and what&#8217;s even better is if you\u2019re in touching distance of a beach!<\/em>\u00a0says trainer, Kane.\u00a0 <em>\u201cI love movement, getting outside and completing a workout with the sun and sea around me. I would definitely say that this really motivates me to train. As a result of living in London, this isn\u2019t always possible \u2013 so I take advantage where I can.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>According to Kane, an outside workout is the \u2018session remix\u2019 that his body really needs. \u00a0He tells<em> Fitpro,<\/em> that the change of scenery helps to get his mind thinking differently and he enjoys challenging his body in a new environment.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI meditate daily<\/em>, says Kane.<em>\u00a0&#8220;Doing this regularly has changed my mindset towards every workout and I would go as far to say my whole outlook on life. It is worth every single minute. I would always say: \u201coh, that\u2019s not for me\u2019 or, \u2018I have no time.\u2019 Later in life, I learnt that both these comments were excuses, (so you DO get wiser as you get older.) I started with just 6 minutes a day \u2013 I knew I could find just 6 minutes in my busy schedule to get this done.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here are three of my favourite exercises from the video circuit, which is from my Method SIX beach workout. What equipment can you use? Pull up bars; sand, rocks, benches, wide open spaces!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will be amazed at what\u2019s around you to train with when you are present and aware of your surroundings<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Try a session remix<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This could be just the stimulus change that you or your client needs in their sessions<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start meditating today\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6 minutes a day to have a better workout, to view life a little more positively and to reduce stress levels, it&#8217;s a no brainer.
