You can connect to friends\u00a0to share workout data and create challenges.<\/p>\n<h5>Good for trainer because &#8230;<\/h5>\n<p>It allows a complete review of\u00a0all your clients\u2019 workouts, even ones where the trainer was not\u00a0present, with intensity levels per minute shown in graph form.<\/p>\n<h5>Good for client because &#8230;<\/h5>\n<p>The set-up and use is easy, and it\u00a0provides \u2018at a glance\u2019 data. I plugged it\u00a0in to a Macbook, downloaded the software and it connected\u00a0straight away. It synced immediately with an iPhone and the\u00a0watch itself is very simple to navigate. A button on the side\u00a0combines with a touch screen, making it fairly intuitive.<\/p>\n<h5>Functions<\/h5>\n<p>Users can view their heart rate, set off on a run\u00a0or track a pre-programmed activity, including yoga, cycling\u00a0or just a workout. Smart coach really helps you get through your\u00a0workout with some really useful facts with your progress updates.<\/p>\n<h5>Good for trainer because &#8230;<\/h5>\n<p>&#8230; of the in-app review of progress\u00a0and sharing data \u2013 easily review clients\u2019 progress with the in-app\u00a0stats and smart coach share features. Also, the \u2018at a glance\u2019 user\u00a0trends review is useful. Another great feature for those with a\u00a0competitive edge is \u2018Duels\u2019. A trainer can pitch clients against\u00a0each other for that competitive edge to training.<\/p>\n<h5>Good for client because &#8230;<\/h5>\n<p>Smart coach has to be the winner\u00a0here.
