The free online service allows training providers to post job listings on the Active IQ Talent Match website and gives them access to a talent pool of existing members if they are looking for experienced freelance, full- or part-time staff. Those looking for work as a tutor, assessor or internal verifier can have their individual profile viewed by potential employers after registering for the service.
Active IQ Talent Match also provides education and training qualification courses with flexible learning content for those wishing to enter the industry as a tutor, assessor or verifier, as well as online continuing professional development (CPD) modules for those wishing to upskill in a particular area.
