Overview of Chain Reaction®
An overview of Applied Functional Science and how this will aid your understanding of true function; these principles are based on natural and scientific truths.
We will look at proprioceptors (our bodies' own position sense communication system), how this talks to the body, and how, if we understand their positions and locations in the body and what they do, this will guide our training strategies and analysis movements going forward.
We will apply the above findings in a practical environment and to thorough exploration of the foot and ankle (the gateway to the rest of the body above) performance in human movement training and conditioning.
Based on earlier discussions of forces, we will use a practical example of vibration (ground reaction force enhancer) to analyse, restore and bullet proof areas of the body.
We will look at global positions and movements that make up our spectrum of life's required tasks. Using these positions and movements, we discuss how to develop a purposeful human analysis and performance training plan.
We will explore how we can use ViPR to train hips and thoracic spine for client or patient, and athletic self-care strategies.
We will round off the day with a workout based on the truths and principles of human movement design.
This live event will discuss many more concepts that we, as personal trainers, seek to understand in our conquest to grasp human design and how we can enhance our clients' successes, whoever they may be.
