Whether you're looking to improve your own game, or your clients', the TRX for Golf Specialisation Course will give you the most effective techniques for improving golf performance. This unique, multi-modality program has been implemented successfully by the world’s top golf performance experts to achieve success with players at every level — from recreational players to PGA, LPGA, and World Long Drive Champions golfers. This tried and true ‘body-first’ approach to golf fitness aims to help golfers improve through better movement, athleticism, and power. This course has been designed to focus on the main components of golf performance, using a systematic approach to training and programming that creates a practical transition to playing better on the course.

Over the duration of this 6-hour digital course, we’ll dive into various aspects of golf performance, including methodologies and philosophies of golf training, dynamic warm up and movement preparation, and foundational golf movements. We will discuss how to assess the three main principles of golf training, and how it transitions into the programming necessary for improvement.

Trevor Anderson is well respected in the golf world, training countless professional golfers, including players on the PGA and LPGA Tour players, and even World Long Drive Champions. In addition, Trevor improves the golf performance of many of the top ranked Junior golfers in the world. He regularly appears in on the Golf Channel, in Golfweek Magazine, Golf Digest, and on GolfDigest.com. He is the formerly Director of Golf Performance at The Leadbetter Golf Academy, and was featured as the golf performance expert in multiple books, including David Leadbetter's book, "The A-Swing".

Trevor prides himself in Performance Education, and is a Master Trainer and Presenter with several companies, including TRX, SPRI, And Under Armour. He works directly with Under Armour as a Master Trainer and member of the "Under Armour Training Team", featuring the world's top trainers. He is also a UA Brand Ambassador, the Director of Golf Performance, and creator of GOLFleticism®.

Trevor has an extremely well-rounded background in fitness, athletics, and professional sports. He played professional football for three years from 2000-2002 and has played the extreme basketball sport SlamBall since 2003, achieving MVP honors in China in 2012.

Trevor is originally from Sarasota, Florida. He attended the University of Central Florida, graduating with two Bachelors degrees in 1999. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has held the distinction of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) since 2003.
