Hydro-Actif offers professional development workshops and training for instructors at all levels in the field of aquatic health and fitness. Training is available at many venues throughout the UK. Hydro-Actif training sessions offer high-quality educational experiences that assist teachers to develop their full potential as aquatic fitness professionals. Specialist training sessions include remedies for ante- and postnatal and remedies for gait and balance . Hydro-Actif offers an annual water convention in Nottingham and an annual seminar in London in December. Steph Toogood, educational director of Hydro-Actif, is the UK instructor trainer for the Aquatic Exercise Association and is able to offer this in-depth certification at various venues in the UK.
