The fab four questions to ask prospects
Qualify ALL leads to ensure high-quality leadsHere are four great questions to ask leads (in other words, prospective members) when you’re promoting your facility to find out if they are interested in joining.
Q: Do you live or work locally? Establish if they can easily get to your facility.
Q: Are you training at the moment? Find out if they are a current exerciser or a member of another club.
Q: What results would you like to achieve from an exercise programme? Establish what they want to achieve so that you can suggest appropriate solutions to help them reach their goals.
Invite your prospective member to be your VIP guest for a complimentary visit, schedule their visit and then ask...
Q: If you enjoy your complimentary visit and you can see yourself working out to achieve your goals, will you become a member? If they say 'YES', the likelihood of them joining is high.
