Take some time to review

Who do you have a joint venture with now? Is it working? If not, what needs to change? Do you see your joint venture partner on a regular basis to review results and develop the relationship? If not, when will you meet with them to strengthen the alliance?

Who have you had a joint venture with in the past? Did it work? If not, what could have made it a success? What steps have you taken to improve the relationship?

Who else could you target to discuss ways of working together for the common cause of helping each other to increase business?
