• Using a “train the trainer” approach to develop your own BEE Coaches
• Giving them all the materials and support they need to deliver the programme
• Using 6 modules delivered in bite size 1 hour chunks, so all staff can attend
• Continuously updating and improving their skills through on site visits and off site training days

Module 6: Honey Bee Cool (1 hour)

• Handling customer complaints
• The service recovery
• Staying calm under pressure

BEE Support

Your BEE Support package includes:

• Licence to use all the BEE modules and training aids
• Quarterly on site visits by your BEE trainers to monitor and support your Coaches
• Annual monthly off site Training and Development Away Days for all your Coaches
• Anytime ongoing email and telephone support (during normal office hours) for your BEE Keeper and Coaches from your own BEE Trainer
