Sizzler:
Hi teachers! Our 50th class is a great chance to celebrate the programme and we've done it in a way that everyone can share. We've showcased a new team teaching feature that's fun to do and a great advertisement for the programme's group dynamics. In the demonstration class we show how instructors can use this feature in their own clubs, bringing members on to the stage in a way that gives the class a real party feel without interrupting the flow. We've also added some other great new features for this milestone class. Such as the dynamic stretching in the warm-up and at the start of Track 2, the circuit-style floor pattern in the running track and the new ice skater repeater move in the lower body conditioning track - it's really slow but really, really intense! We've got an awesome playlist for BODYATTACK® 50 - starting with a happy sound from Primero for the warm-up and the upbeat Sex from Party Playaz. Rock It is a high-energy dance number and a great third track, with C'Mon 'N' Ride It taking the class to the first power peak. Fast Crew adds a New Zealand rock flavour to the plyometric track and creates a real rhythm for the push-ups. A remix of the Kiss standard I Was Made For Loving You is a huge singalong favourite for the running track.
Cherry Bomb and Miracle bring great fun and passion to the class, while Breeze and Styles's Thug Boy will inspire everybody to an awesome final peak. This is a great class, guys, and I know you're going to love teaching it! Lisa
