Sizzler:

Already hugely popular with serious fitness fans, BODYATTACK® will have even more to offer after this class hits the clubs. A format change has added a new level of training efficiency to the Les Mills cardio-blast.

Head choreographer Lisa Osborne has moved from a three-peak format to a two-peak structure, smoothing out the flow of the class and inspiring your best ever workout.

Our new class takes off like a rocket to the uplifting sound of If I Could Turn Back Time and hits an all-time high with What's Up - a great bring-back song that concludes the first four-track cardio block.

Upper body conditioning follows before the second cardio block kicks in, with Voyage 2000's Born to be Alive among the standout songs. English participants get a special treat in BODYATTACK® 46 - the cool-down is their Swing Low rugby anthem.

Instructor education resources accompanying the new class include a session teaching the new 'Format for the Future'.
