Sizzler:

Simple moves and rocket-powered songs are the key to this extreme energy cardio blast that's high on emotion as well as physicality. Newcomers to BODYATTACK® will love the easy-to-follow choreography and the options that allow them to achieve their own personal energy peaks. Regulars will relish the challenge posed by a succession of inspirational songs and a demanding mix of conditioning, agility and pure cardio tracks.

Choreographer Lisa Osborne sets the pace with some upbeat reaching, stepping and clapping moves in the early part of the class - the work rate climbs steeply but in a controlled and timely manner. Then it's time to open the throttle for Love Inc.'s staunch and gutsy top 40 number Broken Bones. Scissor moves and jumping jacks raise the heart rate to the max in this first aerobic peak.

Hard core techno drives the workout through the upper body conditioning, running and plyometric tracks - a stirring Maori haka move sets this section alight.

The class hits its highest peak with Flashdance (What a feeling!) before La Bomba introduces some Latin flair for the lower body conditioning work. Lisa shifts the workout focus to agility training and a final cardio peak before winding it up with core conditioning and cooldown. Serious fitness fans will love this session.
