Teach BODYVIVE®

New instructors will be required to attend a three-day initial training module. Following completion of this module, instructors will be required to submit a video for assessment within 16 weeks.

  • Duration of Course: 3 days, (2 Modules)
  • Cost: £162 inc VAT per instructor
  • Prerequisites: a level 2 industry qualification, (which includes a written component of anatomy and physiology), and be insurable to teach group fitness. This qualification could include Exercise to Music or Gym Instructor certificates.

There will also be the opportunity to see or participate in BODYVIVE® sessions at the FitPro Spring Convention 2007.

Training dates

In order to become a certified instructor in the UK it's necessary to attend training modules and demonstrate competence in a number of areas before becoming a certified instructor.
