popular group ex programme, BODYPUMP™, or any of the
eight Les Mills International group exercise instructor programmes,
there’s never been a better time to train.
New for 2009, The FitPro GroupEx Award combines the CYQ Level
2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing Exercise to Music with
the Les Mills teaching certificate – making it quicker
and easier to qualify.
The first of its kind, this award is suitable for new trainers,
as well as gym instructors and PTs converting existing experience
and knowledge.

- Designing freestyle classes to get the maximum benefits
for participants
- The principles of choreography
- Teaching the Les Mills programme of your choice
- How to role model correct technique

Successfully completing assessment certifies you in two qualifications…
- Central YMCA Qualifications Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing Exercise to Music
- Les Mills Instructor Certificate of Achievement (in your chosen programme)

How much?
The FitPro GroupEx Award costs £699 (and, while prices
vary, that’s pretty much what you’d pay to gain
a certificate in Exercise to Music on its own).
You could also be eligible for up to £485 of funding
for this programme, reducing your course fee to £214!
