BIG Terms and Conditions

If and when an instructor’s details are generated within a search created by the BIG portal, the instructor’s first initial, surname and postcode will be provided to the approved BTS club. These are the only details that can be seen by the club. We do not provide any of your contact details to the club.

Guarantee

Search results generated by the BIG portal are created according to criteria specified by an approved BTS club. FitPro does not guarantee the display of your specific instructor details.

FitPro does not guarantee that specific instructor details provided in a search result will be used by the approved BTS club for the purpose of fulfilling class cover needs.

Use of information

Approved BTS clubs using the BIG portal, do so under the service Terms and Conditions associated with access to this service (these Terms and Conditions are available for view by the club once they have logged into www.fitpro.com/clubnet). In doing so, the club agrees to use the information solely for the purpose of conducting instructor searches relating to class cover needs. FitPro is not responsible for the misuse of any information generated through a search that is undertaken using the FitPro instructor database or the BIG portal.

Notification to attend

FitPro advises instructors to use their discretion and common sense when setting up meetings through BIG or accepting a class cover opportunity offered through a BIG instructor search. FitPro is not responsible for any meetings or communications, or payment queries between instructors and approved BTS clubs.

Opt out

It is the responsibility of the instructor to opt out of using the BIG portal if they do not want their first initial, surname and postcode accessed by approved BTS clubs, or to receive BIG related sms messages or emails.

Privacy Statement

FitPro has made every effort to ensure that all information contained within the instructor database is secure and accessible only by approved BTS clubs. All approved BTS clubs are responsible for setting and maintaining their username and passwords associated with the BIG portal. FitPro is not responsible for any misuse of the approved BTS club username and passwords.

Class Cancellation

FitPro are not responsible, or liable for the cancellation of any BTS classes, related loss of earnings or the establishment of BTS club class timetables.

Service Delivery

FitPro have limited the number of communications that can be sent to an individual instructor to a maximum: SMS (5 per day); email (5 per day).

Message delays due to network downtime or maintenance may result in message delivery being delayed.
