BEE The People Programme
Why The BEE Programme?
The bee is the most amazing creature in the insect world.

It is known for its industrious and co-operative teamwork, delivering high-quality pollen for the benefit of other bees. It is a diligent, clean, hard-working insect living harmoniously with other bees. The BEE Programme is based on these concepts of nature, bringing individuals together in order to deliver exceptional customer service as a team, for customers who demand the best in today's competitive world.

So what is different about BEE?

BEE works by:

  • using a "train the trainer" approach to develop your own BEE coaches
  • giving them all the materials and support they need to deliver the programme
  • using six modules delivered in bite-sized one-hour chunks, so all staff can attend
  • continuously updating and improving their skills through on-site visits and off-site
    training days

It's simple;  It's cost-effective;  It works!

The six stages to implementing BEE:
  1. Identify your BEE keeper – a senior manager within your organisation who will champion BEE internally.
  2. Your BEE trainer will then facilitate a management workshop to get senior management understanding and commitment.
  3. You select your potential BEE coaches from within your organisation.
  4. BEE coaches undergo an intensive two-day training course.
  5. Two to three weeks later they undergo BEE evaluation and are either passed or referred as coaches.
  6. The BEE programme is then rolled out with ongoing support and training from your
    BEE trainer.
Implement BEE fully and every member of staff will go through at least six hours of coaching every year covering the six BEE modules. The six modules are: Click here
